Areas of Practice
Counseling & Psychotherapy
Individual, Couples and Family Therapy are offered by various therapists at the Practice, serving children through adults. Various approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Rehabilitation (EMDR) and Brainspotting are provided based on the Therapists training.
Medication Management
Evaluations for medication are provided by Melissa Richmond, the nurse practitioner. Ms. Richmond evaluates clients for medications related to psychological and substance related issues.
Mindfulness & Meditation
Mindfulness & Meditation sessions are offered in group and individual settings. Focusing on body awareness, compassion and the energy within our body in order to aid you in centering yourself.
