Joseph Pehanick is an experienced attorney with more than fifteen years of legal practice and is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Pennsylvania. He serves with Jackson & MacNichol, a national law firm dedicated to representing veterans before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. His advocacy is shaped by a deep respect for military service and a family legacy of U.S. Navy veterans, guiding his commitment to helping veterans secure the benefits they have earned. Mr. Pehanick also brings a distinguished background in criminal defense, strengthened by his experiences in Drug Court and the Shelby County District Attorney General’s Office.
