Meet the Team

I work with adolescents, adults and older adults in individual, couple and family therapy.   I have over 30 years of experience in private practice and have been involved in both inpatient and out patient mental health services. In 2016, I was awarded the Social Worker of the year for the Emerald Coast.  I have extensive experience in Family Therapy as well as a mind/body  integrative approach to psychotherapy . I am also a certified grief recovery counselor. My focus is on helping each person determine what they would like to be different in his/her life and developing a plan of how to get there while providing guidance and support to achieve the desired conclusion.
